1. Description of Services

EduOwls Online School sells interactive online courses in Spanish, English and Turkish. Courses are designed both for student self-study and for use by teachers with their own students. In addition, the school runs live online lessons with native speakers in individual, pair and group formats.

2. Ordering & Payment

1. Student chooses a course or lesson format and clicks "Buy course" or "Sign up".
2. Fills out a form with name, email and preferred payment method.
3. Administrator sends a payment link within 24 hours to the email provided.
4. Access is granted after payment is confirmed.

Payment methods: bank card (Russian, Turkish, US), IBAN transfer — via the Robokassa payment system.

3. Service Delivery

• Online courses: access opens right after payment via your EduOwls personal cabinet.
• Live lessons are held on the EduOwls interactive platform or via Zoom.
• Schedule for live lessons is agreed individually between student and teacher.
• Self-study runs on a monthly subscription; access is revoked automatically if payments stop.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Before course start: full refund within 3 business days if access has not been opened yet.

After course start: refund minus the cost of lessons already opened.

Live lessons: full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours in advance; lessons cancelled later are considered delivered.

Self-study subscription: no refund for the current paid month once access has been provided.

To request a refund, email eduowls.school@gmail.com with subject "Refund request" including full name, payment date, course/format and reason. Processed within 2 business days; refunds arrive within 10 business days by the original payment method. Payment-processing fees are not deducted from the buyer.
