These terms govern the provision of educational services by EduOwls Online School. By completing payment you confirm your agreement with these terms and the Public Offer.

2. School obligations

• grant access to the paid course or deliver the booked lessons;
• maintain the quality of learning materials;
• respond to requests within 2 business days;
• protect personal data.

3. Student obligations

• provide accurate contact details;
• pay for services on time;
• not share cabinet access with third parties;
• cancel live lessons at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual property

All learning materials, videos and texts are the intellectual property of EduOwls Online School and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

The school does not guarantee a specific language level — results depend on the student's effort. The school is not liable for failures of third-party services (Zoom, ISPs, etc.).

6. Changes

The school may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
